Common Questions
Why does PatternSpeak request microphone access?
The microphone is used so you can record and play back your English speaking practice.
Where are my recordings stored?
Practice recordings are stored locally on your device. PatternSpeak does not upload your recordings to a PatternSpeak server.
How can I delete a recording?
Open the relevant sentence practice screen and use the delete recording option.
How can I reset progress?
Open Settings and choose Reset Current Program Progress. This clears progress for the selected practice program only.
What practice programs are included?
PatternSpeak includes Core English Patterns, Daily Conversation Patterns, and Workplace English Patterns.
Privacy
PatternSpeak does not require an account and stores practice progress and recordings locally on your device. Read the full Privacy Policy.
