Mind & Presence is designed as a local-first private reflection app.
Data Collection
We do not collect personal data.
We do not require an account.
We do not upload reflection records or Presence photos to a server.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Local Data
Mind records, Reframe records, settings, and Presence photos are stored locally on the user’s device.
Camera
The camera is used only when the user chooses to take a private Presence photo. Presence photos stay in the app’s local storage on the user’s device.
Notifications
If daily reminders are enabled, notifications are scheduled locally on the user’s device. No reminder data is sent to a server.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.
Children
Mind & Presence is not designed to collect personal information from children. The app does not include accounts, cloud upload, advertising, analytics, or tracking.

Mind & Presence is not a medical or mental health diagnosis tool. It is a private reflection companion for daily self-awareness and gentle practice.
